Sparsh Maheshwari has accumulated over 19 years of extensive experience in delivering top-notch human resources services and has held progressively senior positions over the past ten years. He has a Sales & Marketing degree from DIT University in Dublin, Ireland. Sparsh has served in diverse capacities at renowned organizations including One Touch Solutions, QAI Consulting, and TeamLease.
Kapil Nangia
VP - OPS
With more than 15 years of experience in the HR industry, Kapil has successfully managed staffing services, with a focus on overseeing staffing operations, restructuring processes, and managing accounts. His career began in 2003 with Bank of America, and he has since held key positions at reputable staffing companies such as TeamLease Services, where he served as the head of the Staffing Migration Department, and GI Staffing, where he held the role of AVP Operation for the North and East regions.
Deepak Verma
Head Business Development
Deepak Verma is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience, including 14 years in staffing. His expertise spans new business acquisitions, account management, process setup, and managing large sales and account management teams. He is a subject matter expert in advising on the right hiring strategies for all scales of companies.. Deepak also has significant experience in new market development and supporting companies in establishing their presence in India, making him a valuable asset in the staffing and recruitment industry.
Manish Sinha
Head - Delivery
Manish possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in staffing, recruitment, manpower analysis, and delivery. He excels in managing client service operations, hirings, project management, and client relationships. Presently, he leads a team of recruiters for both permanent and temporary staffing and has a successful track record of hiring over 1000 candidates. Manish has an Executive MBA in HR and has contributed his expertise to renowned companies like IBM and TeamLease, having carried over eight years of entrepreneurial experience into the recruitment industry.
Rajendra Kumar
Head - Legal & Compliance
Rajendra brings over 18 years of expertise in HR Compliance, Legal & Compliance, Labour Laws, and employee benefits. Currently serving as Head of Legal & Compliance at TeamupHR Services Pvt. Ltd., he oversees 10+ clients in Northern India and offers consultation to clients from diverse industries. Rajendra conducts internal reviews and company audits to ensure compliance with state/country laws and devises risk management strategies. With his focus on simplifying HR efforts, Rajendra provides one-stop solutions for legal and professional compliance.
